Description: Cobb's GIS has a phenomenal number of features available (even including such things as "future land use" and soil information), in fact so many that it can be a bit cluttered and hard to find what you are looking for and a bit buggy and slow at times (be careful, it freezes easily!). Ownership records here are archaic in display and sparse in information (be sure to scroll down in the box that opens when you click the parcel and open the "Parcel Owner Link" or you will miss it altogether); for this information you are better off using the "Property Appraisal Search" link (above). Use "Locate" on the top menu bar to access the search features. the "Save" and "Create PDF" are neat for saving and later printing your images.

- Cobb Factfinder Facts Enter a city, town, or zip for more specific information for areas with 65,000 residents or more.

Traffic Information
- Cobb Interactive Traffic Count Map Use Internet Explorer and download the Viewer if you haven't already. Great GA DOT program that ironically cannot handle high traffic; use during off hours and if you must during prime time be patient or you will freeze it.
