- Forsyth GIS (I) Still under development it seems. Wants to make you register which is annoying; I had problems entering as a "guest" as well as creating a new user. Accessed that way the system offers parcel info, but only in a very round about confusing manner that ultimately links you to the property search. Unless you need aerials you are better off going directly to the property record search (below).
- Property Record Search/GIS (II) Forsyth has switched to the Qpublic software which offers substantial data as well as its own built in GIS and "recent sales" data link.
- Forsyth County Clerks Index Here you can access, deed, lien, and plat info through the handy but somewhat difficult to navigate county clerks index.

Description: If you are curious where parks are or what fire dept.'s district you are in or need aerials you may find Forsyth's GIS (I) useful, but if you are looking for any useful property info you are better off using the property records search link (above) instead of struggling through the confusing steps of this GIS, especially since the record search now has another GIS built into it anyway.
If you must know how to do it through the GIS (I): find a property using the search tools on the left, switch to the "info" tool by clicking the "i" icon on the right, click on the property, then in the record that comes up (hold control to disable your pop-up blocker if one doesn't), switch the "select layer" category to "parcels", then click "tax info".

Traffic Information
- Forsyth Interactive Traffic Count Map Use Internet Explorer and download the Viewer if you haven't already. Great GA DOT program that ironically cannot handle high traffic; use during off hours and if you must during prime time be patient or you will freeze it.
