  • Rockdale GIS (Not publicly accessible here, see below) - The casual observer will see that Rockdale only seems to offer this fee based and not publicly accessible (ick!) link. BUT, upon deeper examination you will find you can link to a GIS by going through their property search (link below).

  • Property Search & GIS Use the record search and click "Show Parcel Map" to access the GIS.

  • You can also bring up pdf plats directly assuming you know their map number.

Description: While this method of accessing the maps may be awkward for those accustomed to typical GIS's and the amount of info you can actually layer on the maps limited, Rockdale's system more than makes up for this with detailed records that offer a comp feature (check the left on the top and bottom for "recent sales in the neighborhood/area") as well as its sales search feature (bottom property search options) and its ability to display these recent sales on the map.

  • Rockdale County Interactive Traffic Count Map Use Internet Explorer and download the Viewer if you haven't already. Great GA DOT program that ironically cannot handle high traffic; use during off hours and if you must during prime time be patient or you will freeze it.
